+ What's unique about the Hall House Hotel?

Built in 1881, it’s one of the oldest buildings in town. We are the only lodging located directly on the square! With us you’ll only be steps away from restaurants, art galleries and wine tastings.

Since we are such a historic building, there is NO front desk or elevators on the premises.

+ Is there an elevator on the premises?

No - please keep this in mind when choosing a room. Vineyard room, Trumpet Monkey room and the Big room are on the 2nd floor. Sara's room and the Captain's Quarters are located on the 3rd floor.

+ How do I check-in?

As we are a historic building there is NO designated check-in desk.

  1. We offer remote check-in. Book online to set up your personal code that we will program into our electronic keypads before your arrival.
  2. Check-in is at 3pm.
  3. When a room is ready we will send you a text to the cell phone number on the reservation. When booking, please input the number of the cellphone you’ll be using the day of.
  4. The text message will provide all the information needed to check in.

+ What time is check-in/check-out?

Check-in is at 3pm. However, if a room is ready beforehand, we will send you a text with all the information you'll need.

Check out is at 12pm.

+ Is there parking?

There are two free parking lots behind the building provided by the city. There are no designated spots for hotel guests, but there is usually ample parking.

+ Do you allow pets?

Sorry, but because we only have 5 rooms we cannot afford to set one aside as pet friendly.

+ What is your cancellation policy?

Like most hotels, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If the reservation is not cancelled within the allotted time - your card will be charged the day of check-in.

+ Do you sell gift certificates?
